The process is used to protect small parts that require a more uniform finish than that provided by Hot Dip Galvanizing. Electrogalvanized steel has excellent formability and can be joined by welding

• When a coating of a protective layer thickness of Zinc between 10 and 30 microns is needed, to avoid increasing the volume of the piece. In some cases, this is essential, such as screws.
